Cancellation Policy
• You can cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the start time by sending an email to hello@mytaxadvisor.org or calling 07790 017165 • We will refund your booking fee within seven days, less an administration fee of 10% • Cancellation within 12 hours of your consultation start time will incur a fee of 50% of your booking. • If for any reason, our advisor needs to cancel the consultation, we will notify you as soon as possible and will either re-schedule your consultation or refund your booking fee.
