Hi, I'm Sinéad
Curious how a professional musician transitioned into the role of Chartered Tax Advisor? Here's my story! I trained as a classical musician, studying at the Royal College of Music and the National Opera Studio before doing an about-turn in late 20's and becoming an accountant and tax advisor. I joined the Royal Opera House as Financial Controller for the Orchestra, before setting up my own tax and accountancy practice, Orpheus Accounting Ltd. I am a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation as well as a fellow member of both the Association of Accounting Technicians. What draws me to this field? I'm fascinated by how tax touches every aspect of our lives.
