About Us
Founded by a musician, Musicians' Tax Advisor aims to make tax more accessible to music professionals.
We support Individuals, Limited Companies and Charitable organisations.
Meet Sinéad.
Sinéad is a chartered tax advisor who started her working life as a freelance musician! She originally trained as a classical musician, studying at the Royal College of Music and the National Opera Studio before becoming an accountant and tax advisor. She then joined the Royal Opera House as Financial Controller for the Orchestra, before setting up her own tax and accountancy practice.
A tax expert who truly understands the music industry and the needs of musicians!
Sinéad's value is derived from her unique insight into the needs of those working in the performance and entertainment industries. Her mission is to provide clear and understandable professional advice to all. Offering access to this tailored advice for musicians and those working in the music industry is what prompted the founding of Musicians' Tax Advisor.
Sinéad is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and a fellow member of the Association of Accounting technicians (FMAAT).
Meet Georgina.
Georgina joined Musicians' Tax Advisor in 2019. She is the primary point of contact for all queries. Her organisational skills are second to none and she is currently working on her AAT and ATT qualifications.
Meet Lin.
Lin has been a member of the Musicians' Tax Advisor team for many years. She deals with all the book-keeping and VAT compliance for clients and is an expert in all things Xero, QuickBooks and accounting apps generally!
